TheNailGoatCo 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At TheNailGoatCo, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible items.
Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items, final clearance, or personalized/custom products may not be eligible for return unless damaged during shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the damaged item and your order number in your message.
- We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Nondamaged Returns
- For non-damaged items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
- Keep your return tracking number until your refund or exchange is confirmed
Exchanges
- exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If you wish to exchange for a different product, notify us in your return request.
- We will cover shipping for exchanges only if the item was damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping fees (unless the product was damaged) are not refunded.
