TheNailGoatCo 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At TheNailGoatCo, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible items.

 Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Sale items, final clearance, or personalized/custom products may not be eligible for return unless damaged during shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damaged item and your order number in your message.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 Nondamaged Returns

  • For non-damaged items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 How to Return an Item

Contact our customer support at [support@thenailgoatco.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
  • Keep your return tracking number until your refund or exchange is confirmed

    Exchanges 

  •  exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different product, notify us in your return request.
  • We will cover shipping for exchanges only if the item was damaged or defective.

 

      Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping fees (unless the product was damaged) are not refunded.
